toko furuuchi / ”CASHMERE MUSIC” <Limited edition・2xLP・Pure Virgin Vinyl>

During her tenure at PONY CANYON from 2003 to 2007, toko furuuchi releases the popular albums "Futuu no koto" and ”CASHMERE MUSIC.” These two titles will be released on vinyl for the first time on August 3rd. ”CASHMERE MUSIC,” released in 2005, marked her 14th original album, featuring arrangements by Toshiyuki Mori, Shin Kono, Yuta Saito, and Ryuji Yamamoto. From classic urban AOR numbers to catchy 80s sounds and funky tracks, the wide range of song arrangements, combined with Furuuchi's poignant lyrics, hints at new directions in her subsequent works.

The specifications include a limited edition, 2-LP set, pure virgin vinyl, with an obi and gatefold jacket. Side D includes bonus tracks: "Somewhere in TOKYO," a collaboration with Takaki Horigome of Kirinji (not included on the CD), and a cover of "Kuji Kara no Lily" by Cappuccino, known as a pop group newly produced by lyricist Yu Aku and composer Shunichi Tokura in 1981 (also not included on the CD).
