[Important] Site Renewal Announcement and User Guide

Thank you for your continued support of PONYCANYON SHOP.
We are excited to announce that as of today, February 18, 2026 (Wed), our store has officially been renewed with a brand-new platform!

To provide a more convenient shopping experience, we have introduced the following updates:

【New Features & Updates】

• Guest Checkout Now Available: You can now place orders without creating an account.
• Multi-Language & Multi-Currency Support: The site now supports various languages and currencies based on your location for a smoother shopping experience.
• Expanded Payment Methods: In addition to previous methods, we now accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

To ensure a smooth transition, please review the following guide regarding your account migration and the new login procedure.

1. Account Information Migration
Your previous account information has been migrated as follows:

• Migrated Information: Name, Email Address, and Newsletter Subscription settings.
• Information NOT Migrated: Shipping Address.

Action Required: Due to system changes, your previously saved shipping addresses could not be transferred. Please re-enter your address when you place your next order, or register it in advance via the "My Account" page (see Section 3).

*Please note that your account information could not be migrated if you did not complete the registration process by clicking the verification URL sent to your email. In such cases, we kindly ask you to create a new account on our new site.

*If you were subscribed to our newsletter on the old site, you will continue to receive it. If you wish to unsubscribe, please do so via the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter. 

2. How to Log In (For Existing Members)
For enhanced security, we have moved to a One-Time Password (OTP) system. You no longer need to use a traditional password.

1. Visit https://shop.ponycan.com.　
   
2. On the Sign in screen, enter the email address you used on the old site and click "Continue".
   
   
3. A One-Time Password will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code on the login screen. *Note: Your previous password is no longer valid on the new site.
   
   
   
4. Login complete.

3. Account Settings & Address Registration
We recommend registering your address in advance for a faster checkout.

【How to Register Your Address】

1. Log in to the new site.
2. Click the "User Icon" at the top right and select "My Account".
   
   
3. Select "Profile" at the top.
   
   
4. Enter your details in the "Address" section and save.
   

【How to Sign Up for the Newsletter】
Existing subscribers will continue to receive updates. If you wish to sign up as a new subscriber:

1. Enter your email in the "SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER" section at the bottom of the site and click "Subscribe".
   
   
2. Click the link in the confirmation email titled "Confirm you want to receive email marketing".
