About the Product
"Neo Oriented" is their first full-length album in seven years, and while the songs show a yearning for the jazz, neo-soul, and AOR music that has strongly influenced them, they have also created songs with a strong awareness of the various contexts of "Japan," where they were born and raised.
It will be an album that clearly shows their current location and the beginning of their new activities, not only to listeners in Japan, but also to more "people" beyond that.
The album continues the participation of Cho.Etsuko (DADARAY), and Gt.Yusuke (TAMTAM), who have been supporting musicians on many of Emerald's songs in the past.
The recording/mixing was done by Daisuke Yamashita, who also participated in Emerald's first and second albums, and mastering was done by Moe Kazama.
In addition, NiEW Inc. has joined the project as a new creative supporter.
