This is the new album in eight years, long in the making since the previous album "TOSS" released in 2016.
Tokumaru Shugo is a modern-day maestro, mastering more than 100 instruments and non-instruments.
The album "SONG SYMBIOSIS" is the ground he has finally reached after sublimating a variety of "sounds" into original music.
The number of instruments used in this album exceeds that of previous albums and is even greater. The sounds of all kinds of instruments, including his own compositions, traditional Japanese instruments, and ethnic instruments from around the world, were actually recorded through microphones and woven together on a precise and massive scale to create a unique pattern that no one has ever seen before.
The album contains a total of 18 songs.
