When the band Yogee New Waves debuted in spring 2014 with "CLIMAX NIGHT e.p.", they were described as the return of the city-pop sound, and as the pioneers of a new scene, they ushered in and dawned the current movement.
The long-awaited 2nd album "WAVES", the first full album in two and a half years, has finally been completed.
This is a masterpiece from the dramatic band, who have parted company and met members many times since their formation, and have finally restarted and completed the project as a four-piece.
From 70's-80's city pop to 90's Shibuya style, they have digested the great music of the past and continue to present new pop music with updates that only they can make,
