Original release: 1987/07/21 (D32Y-5074), licensed by our company to Windham Hill for overseas release.

"Design," the second album by Interiors, composed of Daisuke Hinata and Hidenori Nonaka, has been reissued for the first time! The group released three works in total. Their first album was released under the name "Interior" in 1982 by Alfa Records (Hosono Haruomi's YEN RECORDS). It was also featured in the 2018 compilation "Kankyō Ongaku: Japanese Ambient, Environmental & New Age Music 1980-1990," released by Light in the Attic, which garnered much attention. Concurrently with our release on October 23, Sony will reissue their first album and the remix album released by Windham Hill as part of the Alfa 55th anniversary releases. Collaborative promotions with our releases are also planned.

This work is a high-quality catalog piece of ambient and environmental music by popular Japanese artists, available for worldwide distribution and promotion.
