Delivery service fee for PONYCANYON SHOP will be revised, effective from July 5th, 2022.
Thank you for using PONYCANYON SHOP. For the past two years, we have maintained a delivery service fee for our store.
However, due to the significant shipping costs, rising prices, and other social conditions, we have decided to introduce a new delivery service fee as described below.
We would like to ask for your understanding that we are revising our shipping service fees in order to maintain a better buying experience for our customers.
【First Zone】
Korea, Taiwan --- 2,000(JPY)
【Second Zone】
Asia (including Hong Kong, excluding Korea and Taiwan) --- 2,500(JPY)
【Third Zone】
Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe --- 4,000(JPY)
【Fourth Zone】
United States (including Guam and other overseas territories) --- 4,500(JPY)
【Fifth Zone】
Latin America (excluding Mexico) Africa --- 4,500(JPY)
Shipping service fees will be revised at the following times.
The old rate will be applied to items purchased before 15:00 (JST) on July 5th, 2022.
The new rate will be applied to items purchased after 15:00 (JST) on July 5th, 2022.
Please be aware that special shipping fees would be charged for certain items.
